All data is stored using Apple's Core Data framework and synced via iCloud, which means your data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account, not on our servers.
How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely to provide the core functionality of the app:
- To display your mood history in the calendar view
- To sync your data across your devices using iCloud
- To allow you to review and reflect on your mood patterns
We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data with third parties. We do not use analytics or tracking services that would identify you personally.
Data Storage and Security
All your data is stored locally on your device and synced to your personal iCloud account. This means:
- Your data is encrypted using Apple's iCloud security measures
- We do not have access to your personal data
- You can delete your data at any time by deleting the app or clearing your iCloud data
Voice Recordings
Voice recordings are stored locally on your device in the app's Documents directory. If you choose to sync via iCloud, recordings are included in your iCloud backup. You can delete voice recordings at any time through the app interface.
Third-Party Services
Mental Health Tracker uses the following Apple services:
- iCloud: For syncing your data across your devices. This is optional and can be disabled in your device settings.
- Core Data: For local data storage on your device.
We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.

Children's Privacy
