By using Golden Goals you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Golden Goals is

Golden Goals is a free score prediction game. Users predict match scores and earn points based on accuracy. No money or prizes are involved.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older to use Golden Goals.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• Your username must not be offensive, impersonate another person, or violate anyone's rights.
• We reserve the right to remove usernames or accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to manipulate scores, leagues, or other users' data.
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users.

Predictions and scoring

Predictions lock 15 minutes before each match kicks off. Points are awarded automatically based on results. We reserve the right to void or adjust scores in the event of data errors.

Leagues

League admins may remove members at their discretion. We are not responsible for disputes between league members.

Availability

We aim to keep Golden Goals running throughout the tournament but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime.

Intellectual property

All content and code in Golden Goals is owned by Luis Ouriach unless otherwise stated. Team names, crests, and match data are provided by football-data.org.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
