Golden Goals ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Luis Ouriach. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Account information — when you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and optionally your email address (which Apple may relay or hide).
• Profile information — your chosen username and profile photo.
• Game data — your score predictions and points earned.
• Device token — a push notification token so we can send you match reminders and results.

How we use it

• To operate the app — authenticate you, store your predictions, and calculate your scores.
• To send push notifications — match reminders and result updates. You can opt out in the app settings at any time.
• We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL database) hosted in the EU West region. Push notifications are delivered via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging.

How long we keep it

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To request deletion, email us at luisouriach@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".

Children

Golden Goals is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you of significant changes via the app.
